- Illegal Content: Hosting or sharing content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates privacy laws.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Distributing copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected content without permission.
- Fraud: Misrepresenting products/services or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Security Violations: Attempting to compromise the security of networks, systems, or data, including unauthorized access or attacks like hacking or denial-of-service (DoS).
- Network Interference: Disrupting other users' ability to access or use the network.
2. Email Abuse
Veeble maintains a strict and zero-tolerance anti-spam policy. The use of Veeble’s services for sending, distributing, or facilitating unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or any form of abusive, deceptive, or unlawful communications is strictly prohibited.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited commercial emails or using our services to relay spam.
- Mail Bombing: Sending large volumes of unsolicited emails to disrupt the network.
- Open Proxy Servers: Using our servers for spamming or sending emails without the site owner's permission.
- Unsolicited Email: Sending unsolicited bulk email, including to opt-in lists.
3. Misuse of Services
- IRC Servers: Hosting IRC servers or participating in IRC networks that may cause security issues or attacks.
- Camfrog Servers: Hosting or running services like Camfrog servers, which are common targets for attacks.
- Adult Content: Hosting adult content on any server, particularly on shared or reseller hosting plans.
- Content Infringement: Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or using unauthorized content.
- File Hosting Abuse: Using shared hosting accounts for file storage, backup, or mirroring large files.
4. System and Network Security
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Security Tools: Distributing tools that are designed to compromise security, such as viruses, malware, or hacking tools.
- Denial-of-Service (DoS) Attacks: Engaging in any attacks that disrupt or deny services to others.
- Monitoring Traffic: Unauthorized monitoring of data or network traffic.
5. Violating Content Restrictions
- Illegal Content: Hosting or promoting illegal activities like gambling, pyramid schemes, fraud, or selling controlled substances.
- Obscene Materials: Hosting, sharing, or linking to child pornography or content that is perceived to be child pornography is strictly prohibited. Any account found violating this policy will be immediately terminated and reported to law enforcement agencies.
- Defamatory or Abusive Content: Using the service to transmit defamatory or abusive language.
6. Phishing Abuse
Phishing: Any attempt to steal sensitive information such as login credentials, personal data, or payment details through fraudulent emails, websites, or other deceptive methods is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Deceptive Emails: Sending emails designed to trick recipients into revealing sensitive personal or financial information.
- Fake Websites: Hosting or promoting websites that mimic legitimate ones to collect personal information.
- Credential Theft: Using Veeble’s services to launch phishing campaigns targeting individuals or organizations.
8. Abuse of Resources
- Excessive Resource Usage: Consuming excessive server resources like CPU, memory, bandwidth, or storage that negatively impact other users.
- Unauthorized Network Access: Accessing third-party networks or systems without permission.
9. Unlimited/Unmetered Usage Policy
- What "Unlimited/Unmetered" Means: Veeble offers unlimited or unmetered resources for storage, bandwidth, and traffic, as long as the usage complies with this policy. You can use the resources needed to operate your website without extra charges, subject to fair usage that doesn’t impact other users’ experience.
- What "Unlimited/Unmetered" DOES NOT Mean: "Unlimited/Unmetered" does not apply to: > Using resources for offsite storage, backups, or file archiving. > Excessive usage that negatively impacts other customers’ experience or degrades server performance. > Using services for non-typical applications better suited for dedicated servers.
- Resource Safeguards: We reserve the right to impose restrictions or limits if your usage adversely impacts the performance of the system or other users. This includes limiting CPU, memory, or network resources to ensure fair usage for all customers.
10. Consequences of Violations
- Suspension or Termination: If you violate this policy, your account may be suspended or terminated without a refund.
- Legal Action: We may pursue legal action if necessary and report violations to law enforcement.
