You have full freedom to install most modern Linux distributions (like Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) or Windows Server. You can choose from our list of available OS images during the order process or mount your own ISO for a custom installation.

Do I get root or administrator access?

Yes, absolutely. You receive full root (for Linux) or administrator (for Windows) access to your server. This gives you complete control to install any software, drivers (including specific CUDA versions), and frameworks you need for your projects.

What is the network connection speed?

Each GPU server is connected to a 1 Gbps port. We provide unmetered traffic, meaning we do not charge for the amount of data you transfer, so you can perform large-scale data processing and transfers without worrying about overage fees.

How many IP addresses are included?

Each server comes with a set number of dedicated IPv4 addresses. Our plans allow for configurations with up to 30 IPs. If you require a larger block of IP addresses, please contact our support team to discuss your justification and requirements.

Are the servers customizable?

Our pricing is based on a monthly recurring charge. The standard NVIDIA RTX 4000 plan is ₹23,795 per month. Please note that there is a one-time setup fee of approximately ₹7,055 to cover the initial provisioning and hardware allocation.

What is the contract term? Can I cancel anytime?

What happens if a hardware component fails?
