Log in to <strong>WHM<\/strong>.<br>2. Navigate to <strong>Home \u2192 Service Configuration \u2192 Exim Configuration Manager<\/strong>.<br>3. Run the following commands to rebuild the list of local domains<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><code>\/scripts\/rebuildlocaldomains<\/code><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>This command will remove any references to suspended domains from Exim\u2019s local domain list.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-remove-the-domain-from-etclocaldomains\">4. Remove the Domain from \/etc\/localdomains<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>The domain may still be listed in the <strong>\/etc\/localdomains<\/strong> file, which Exim uses to determine whether an incoming email should be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SSH into the server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>    2. Open the <strong>\/etc\/localdomains<\/strong> file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>vi \/etc\/localdomains<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>    3. Look for the suspended domain  and remove any references to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    4. Save and exit the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    5. Rebuild local domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><code>\/scripts\/rebuildlocaldomains<\/code><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-review-and-block-incoming-emails-for-the-suspended-domain\">5. <strong>Review and Block Incoming Emails for the Suspended Domain:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>You can use WHM\u2019s <strong>Global Email Filters<\/strong> to block any incoming emails for the suspended domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In WHM, go to <strong>Email<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Email Filters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new filter with the following criteria:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Condition<\/strong>: <code>To<\/code> contains Emails of suspended Domain. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Action<\/strong>: <strong>Discard Message<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This will block all emails sent to the suspended domain. <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-remove-the-domain-from-exims-configuration\">6. <strong>Remove the Domain from Exim\u2019s Configuration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p>If even after multiple methods, emails continue to be delivered to the suspended domain, you may need to configure Exim to reject emails for that domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SSH into the server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>    2.Open the <strong>Exim configuration file<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>vi \/etc\/exim.conf<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Look for any entries related to the suspended domain and remove them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Save and exit the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
