[If you do not wish to receive an email notifying you of a specific cron job, add the following line to the command: &gt;\/dev\/null 2&gt;&amp;1 ] [You may need to specify the location of the binary of the command that you wish to run. eg: \/usr\/bin\/php ]<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Select how often you wish the command to be run by selecting an option in each of the boxes or by selecting a predefined period from the Common Settings drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<p><i>Common Settings \u2014 This menu allows you to select a commonly used interval without having to specify settings for the minute, hour, day, month, and so on.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Minute \u2014 Use this drop-down menu to select the number of minutes between running the cron job, or the minute each hour on which you wish to run the cron job.<\/p>\n<p>Hour \u2014 Use this drop-down menu to select the number of hours between running the cron job, or the hour each day on which you wish to run the cron job.<\/p>\n<p>Day \u2014 Use this drop-down menu to select the number of days between running the cron job, or the day of the month on which you wish to run the cron job.<\/p>\n<p>Month \u2014 Use this drop-down menu to select the number of months between running the cron job, or the month of the year in which you wish to run the cron job.<\/p>\n<p>Weekday \u2014 Use this drop-down menu to select the day(s) of the week on which you wish to run the cron job.<\/p>\n<p>Allowed values\u00a0:-<\/p>\n<p><i>minute 0-59<\/i><\/p>\n<p>hour 0-23<\/p>\n<p>day of month 1-31<\/p>\n<p>month 1-12 (or names, see below)<\/p>\n<p>day of week 0-7 (0 or 7 is Sun, or use names)<i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Step 5: Click on Add New Cron Job to save your changes and set up your cron job.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.veeble.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/ss6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-76 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.veeble.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/ss6-300x200.png\" alt=\"ss6\" width=\"569\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.veeble.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/ss6-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.veeble.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/ss6.png 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 569px) 100vw, 569px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Viewing_existing_cron_jobs\" class=\"mw-headline\">Viewing existing cron jobs<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Current Cron Jobs table displays the cron jobs you have already set up on the server.<\/p>\n<p>From here, you may edit or delete a cron job.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Editing_a_cron_job\" class=\"mw-headline\">Editing a cron job<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To edit a cron job:<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Locate the cron job you wish to edit.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Click Edit.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Edit the settings you wish to change.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Click Edit Line.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Deleting_a_cron_job\" class=\"mw-headline\">Deleting a cron job<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When a cron job is no longer needed, you should delete it so that the command will not continue to run.<\/p>\n<p>To delete a cron job:<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Locate the cron job you wish to delete.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Click Delete.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Confirm that you wish to delete the cron job by clicking Delete again.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-call-to-action uagb-block-ec380565 wp-block-button\"><div class=\"uagb-cta__wrap\"><h3 class=\"uagb-cta__title\">Scale Your Node.js Applications Effortlessly with Veeble&#8217;s Hosting<\/h3><p class=\"uagb-cta__desc\">Grow without limits!
